New: USB Temperature Logger

To simplify this process, SUMMIT Appliance introduces the AccuCold™ Temperature Logger, a new device that automatically logs unit temperature to a USB flash drive.

The AccuCold™ data logger can be installed on any refrigerator or freezer to record interior temperature in 15 minute intervals, eliminating the need for staff to manually monitor thermostat readings. Using NIST traceable probes, the Temperature Logger saves data to a USB flash drive. To read the results, users simply plug the flash drive into a PC or Mac and transfer the data to Microsoft Excel or any other .CSV compatible program.
