You may return most new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery. Orders that are fulfilled through a third-party seller(s) must be returned to the seller

Cancellations & Refunds 

Orders must be cancelled before shipping. If an order ships and a cancellation request is received, the customer must refuse the shipment, and the order is subject to a 25% restocking and return fee. Refunds will be processed after receiving the part at our warehouse.

Defective & Damage Parts

For parts that have been installed and no longer work within 90 days of purchase or have a manufacturer defect, please email parts@summitappliance.com with your order number indicating the exact reason for the return. We will review and if a return is approved, we email a return label or indicate disposition.

Abuse of Return, Defective & Damage Parts Policy. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, abuse of its return policy.
